FAQs for Existing Card Holders

Lost or Stolen Card

You will need to apply for a replacement card by completing another Kiwi Access Card application form in full, including supplying two photographs. The replacement card will cost you a further $60 and will take the standard processing time of approximately two weeks. If you've been waiting for longer than this, please contact us on kiwiaccessinfo@eslltd.zendesk.com or 04 333 2834, between 10am and 3pm, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). If your card has been stolen, we advise you to report this at your local Police station.

Expired Card

If your existing card has expired you will need to complete another Kiwi Access Card application form in full, including supplying two photographs. My Name has changed

We cannot process a name change online. You will need to download the application form here and take to a NZPost or AA shop to complete it you will also need to provide the document showing the name change, for instance your marriage certificate.
